About

Change doesn't happen through understanding alone. It happens when insight meets action, and that's exactly where I work.

Portrait of Anha Jhuremalani

I am a therapist, researcher, and guest lecturer. This means my practice is informed not just by the therapy room, but by published research and academic spaces too. I am engaged with mental health at every level of the conversation, and that breadth shapes how I work with people.

I was born in India, raised in Australia, and educated in the UK and US, with a deep familiarity of what it means to move between worlds, to hold contradictory versions of yourself, and to question the beliefs you didn't even know you had inherited.

My approach is warm and collaborative, but I will challenge you. Thoughtfully, and always with your values at the center.
