02 · Telehealth & Therapy Disclaimer
What this website is, and isn't.
The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical or psychological advice and does not create a therapist-client relationship. Submitting a contact form or sending an email does not, on its own, establish a clinical relationship.
Sessions are conducted by Anha Jhuremalani, LMHC-D (Permit #015598), licensed in New York and New Jersey. Services are provided virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. To receive services, clients must be physically located in NJ or NY at the time of the session.

03 · Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate.
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for non-emergency services from health care providers and facilities.
- You may request a Good Faith Estimate in writing before scheduling a service. Make sure to save a copy.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or contact the practice directly.
